1. Living & Dining Area The sun-drenched living room features floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony, offering vibrant city views. Unwind on the comfortable grey sofa while enjoying the smart TV. For extra guests, a premium queen-size air mattress can be set up in this spacious area to comfortably accommodate two additional guests. The space is temperature-controlled with a powerful split-system air conditioner (providing both heating and cooling for the entire apartment) and includes a charming round dining setup. A convenient guest powder room/second bathroom is also accessible from this common area for ultimate convenience. ❗ Important Things to Note 🛏 Queen-size air mattress usage is optional: Must be requested in advance. 🌡 Heating & Cooling Note: The apartment is temperature-controlled by a main split-system in the living area. The building is well-insulated to retain warmth/coolness efficiently. For your comfort, portable electric heaters are provided in the bedrooms if you prefer extra warmth. 2. Kitchen The sleek, fully integrated open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal. It features premium stainless steel appliances including a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle, alongside ample cabinet storage. 3. Master Bedroom (with Ensuite) The spacious master bedroom serves as your private sanctuary, boasting a comfortable queen bed, built-in wardrobes, and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to beautiful balcony views. It features its own private ensuite bathroom equipped with a modern vanity, toilet, and a spacious glass shower stall. 4. Good to know

Our apartment accommodates up to 5 guests, with 1 of the sleeping arrangements provided on a comfortable queen-size air mattress in the living room due to limited bed availability. There is an additional $40 fee for providing linens and setting up the air mattress. Please inform us in advance if you will require this setup to ensure all guests have a cozy and restful stay!
