About the Home

Casa De Música – Comfort, Style, and Functionality in One Place I’ve traveled extensively and have always followed one simple rule: if a place is clean and smells good, it’s right for me. That’s the same standard I uphold for Casa De Música. I work hard to maintain this level of quality for every stay. This 1,300 ft² home offers a unique layout, with each room individually styled to create a modern, comfortable, and functional environment. Whether you're here to relax or work remotely, you’ll find thoughtful features throughout—including a Gretsch guitar, a functional (but untuned) piano, a height-adjustable Wood River desk, and a massage chair (located in the basement). High-speed AT&T Fiber internet (500 Mbps) is available—perfect for video calls, remote work, and streaming. Sleeping Arrangements The home has three main bedrooms. Additionally, the upstairs office has been converted into a sleeping area with a double twin bunk bed. The spacious basement includes a queen-size sofa bed and a twin-over-queen bunk bed, accommodating up to four people. In total, the house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Parking Six parking spaces in the driveway. Space for two additional vehicles directly in front of the home’s entrance. Free street parking is also available. The garage is not available, as it is used for storage and remains locked. Technology and Entertainment Fully functional TV in the main bedroom. Living room TV must be reset in the settings to connect to Bluetooth or Chromecast. Wall-mounted TV in the office is non-functional. Outdoor TV is available and can be used with Chromecast. Pinball machine is decorative and not functional. Kitchen, Cleaning, and Trash The microwave works, but the door may need to be gently adjusted to operate properly. Guests are asked to wash any used dishes. Trash bin is located to the left of the sink (pull-out style). Trash should be placed in the blue outdoor bins. Trash collection is on Thursday mornings. If staying Wednesday night, please place bins at the end of the driveway. Bathroom The bathroom has been updated with modern black hardware. Outdoor Areas and Property Notes The backyard has a retaining wall over 4 feet tall. Access is limited and surrounded by brush. It is not intended for guest use. Please exercise caution, especially with children. Patio furniture is available but remains covered. Guests may use it by uncovering and re-covering after use. The hot tub shown in older listing photos is non-functional and not available for guest use. It is being removed. Security and Access Three exterior security cameras are in operation: a Nest doorbell camera at the front door, a floodlight camera above the garage, and a back patio camera near the barbecue area. All cameras record during guest stays. Three locked utility room doors in the basement are off-limits to guests. The backyard shed is also locked and not accessible. The garage is locked and not available for use. The guitar is available for guest use. The piano is playable but not tuned. Additional Notes Occasionally, a few neighborhood cats may pass through the backyard. They do not live on the property. This property is not recommended for young children without supervision due to elevated outdoor areas without protective railings. House Rules and Terms

The whole upstairs living area and very large basement living area is what I'm considering the fourth bedroom because the very large basement area can sleep a total of four people with the bunk bed and the sleeper couch with a queen bunk bed on the bottom and twin on top and other bedroom is fully accessible with a single queen. There are technically three bedrooms out of the three, the one upstairs is converted into the luxury office Which now from guest request to have more beds. So I'm moving the massage chair to the basement and putting a double twin bunk bed in the office room. The TV does not work that is mounted on the wall in the office. TV in the bedroom is fully functional. The TV in the living room has to be completely reset in the settings in order for it to hook up to wireless/Bluetooth/Chromecast. The two-car garage is not accessible. The pinball machine is for decorations It is non-functioning. 3 doors to two different utility rooms are off limits and locked. The patio furniture is covered up and not in use unless you take the cover off and put the cover back on but they are stacked. there's a TV outside But you can plug in and Chromecast on. The shed is not accessible as well. The garage is not accessible and is locked for no trespassing as well again as well as the 3 utility doors in the basement. The hot tub is not functioning and there is no access to it. Guitar is there to be played and the Piano is not tuned but it does work and can be used.. If someone knows how to tune a piano, your more than welcome, lol Wash any dishes that are used. trash can is a pull out to the left the sink. If it gets filled up throw away in blue dumpsters outside. If you were there on a Thursday. Thursday is trash pickup day. So put blue dumpsters out at the end of the driveway for trash pickup, if it's Wednesday night stay.. Disclosure: The microwave works but The door has to be moved up and down in order for it to work right. Any other Cookware, utensils, pots pans backing sheets, pressure cooker, toaster, appliances or any other thing or object connected or not connected to the home, will be charged to the Guest, at "Replaceable Cost Value" plus administration cost including time taken for cleaners of inventory, taking photos, phone time with Airbnb, time money and gas of going to the store to replace, will be added to the "replaceable cost value"as well. Early check-in and late checkouts are charged $20 an hour
