The building has some standout amenities of its own, including a heated outdoor plunge pool, communal sauna, fully equipped fitness center with Peloton bikes, elevator access, and free secured garage parking. An onsite deli is also expected to open in early 2027. For everyday essentials, Turnip Truck natural grocery market is just a short walk away. You’ll also be surrounded by some of East Nashville’s favorite spots. Walk to Waymore’s for breakfast, drinks, and rooftop views, Butcher & Bee for brunch, Attaboy for cocktails, Radish Kitchen for a quick lunch, or Woodland Wine Merchant. Guests also have access to free secured garage parking and elevator access for a smoother arrival and departure. An onsite deli is planned to open in early 2027, giving future guests another convenient option just steps from the condo. We’re excited to welcome guests to one of the first available stays at The Jesse. As the building gets ready to welcome more guests, some wayfinding signs, including signs for the garage and elevators, are still being finalized. We’ll send you detailed arrival and parking instructions before check-in to help you find your way. ★ Parking ★ The building offers gated parking in a first come first served basis. ★ Smoke-Free Home ★ Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or remediation costs if smoking occurs inside the unit. ★Supplies & Essentials★ We provide a generous starter supply of essentials, including trash bags, toilet paper (at least two rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels.
