It is also within proximity to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge. Enjoy hiking and mountain biking right outside the door and access to the community pool during the summer months. Communal hot tub access is available year-round. Also located in this Upper Kingsbury area is a convenience store, an excellent BBQ spot and bar called the Fox and Hound. The condo is approximately 10 minutes from the casinos, shopping, beaches, lake access, restaurants, supermarkets, and everything else the exciting South Shore offers! Note: The community pool at hot tub at Lake Village are Closed for remodel and will re-open December 31, 2025. - Permit #: DSTR1307P - Maximum Occupancy: 8 - Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited - Parking Spaces: 2 - Renters will be issued parking placards, which they and their guests must display on their vehicles' driver’s side dashboard.
