Guest Access

Guests have access to all areas of the property. 24-hour front desk in the building. Entry to the apartment is made through an electronic lock. All guests are subject to the condominium rules, and failure to comply may result in fines charged to the person responsible for the reservation. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed. Walking around the building in swimwear such as bikinis, one-piece swimsuits, or shirtless shorts is not permitted.

House Rules and Terms

In accordance with building policy, photos of all guests' documents must be submitted. Visitors are not permitted at any time of day. All guests are subject to the condominium rules, and failure to comply may result in fines that will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation. Online registration of all guests in the reservation is mandatory. Entry will not be permitted for unregistered guests. Guest substitution during the stay is not allowed. We provide only two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and no replacements are offered after they run out. Smoking inside the apartment may result in a fine of R$ 300. Do not walk through the building wearing swimwear such as bikinis, speedos, or shorts without a shirt. For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately according to usage. For reservations longer than 2 weeks, an additional cleaning service of R$ 250 must be scheduled to ensure proper sanitization of the property; linen change is included.
