The famous Sunnyside Resort is a 5-minute drive and right next to Tahoe Park where you can have a great meal or rent any type of watercraft imaginable. Don’t forget about the best slopes in the area – Alpine Meadows Ski Resort and Palisades Tahoe, both located within a 20-minute drive from the home. Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
