Welcome to this charming one-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a secure residence with lift. Ideal for up to 4 guests, the flat includes: A comfortable double bedroom A welcoming living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area A fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, etc.) A modern bathroom with walk-in shower And a furnished balcony with a view of the pool, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. The decor features natural materials and coastal tones, creating a peaceful beach-inspired atmosphere. The residence offers access to a large outdoor pool (open in July and August), and the beach is just a short walk away. Nearby you'll find: The Forville Market, La Croisette and Le Suquet within minutes Beachfront restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and mini-markets Bus stops and the SNCF train station just around the corner Paid public parking spaces are available around the residence.

Professional cleaning is handled by our team, and bed linens and towels are provided. An ideal solution to discover the Cannes region with total peace of mind! Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts

The apartment is ideally located in Cannes, just a short walk from the beach, the city centre, La Croisette, the Forville Market and the historic Suquet district. You’ll find everything you need nearby: bakeries, grocery shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as public transport and the train station.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the apartment, the private balcony. Enjoy the residence's swimming pool every day in July and August from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, as well as direct access to the beach. Check-in is done in person: a member of our team will hand you the keys upon arrival. Arrivals are possible until 10 pm at the latest. Please let us know your estimated arrival time a few days before your stay. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with lift access.
