The decor features natural materials and coastal tones, creating a peaceful beach-inspired atmosphere. The residence offers access to a large outdoor pool (open in July and August), and the beach is just a short walk away. Nearby you'll find: The Forville Market, La Croisette and Le Suquet within minutes Beachfront restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and mini-markets Bus stops and the SNCF train station just around the corner Optional: Private secured parking available in the residence for €15/day (upon reservation). The apartment is ideally located in Cannes, just a short walk from the beach, the city centre, La Croisette, the Forville Market and the historic Suquet district. You’ll find everything you need nearby: bakeries, grocery shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as public transport and the train station. Please note: The residence is partly under renovation and certain common areas may appear dated or less well maintained. This in no way impacts the quality of the apartment, completely renovated, clean, comfortable and consistent with the photos. We always do our best to offer you a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises. Your stay can be personalized with optional services offered after your booking is confirmed. Professional cleaning is handled by our team, and bed linens and towels are provided. An ideal solution to discover the Cannes region with total peace of mind! Access to the residence's swimming pool is available from July to August, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, for a maximum of four people at a time. When the reservation is validated, a registration form will be sent to you. Please respect the places and elements made available. Fees of up to €2,500 may be charged for the following reasons: -dirty and/or stained laundry -dishes not washed, trash not thrown away, excessive dirt -loss of key or broken key - non-compliance with internal regulations -smell of cigarettes or presence of butts
