Two bedrooms are located on the north-western side of the villa, while one is situated on the southern side, easily accessible from the garage. The well-appointed kitchen, painted in a refreshing Caribbean blue, is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances. A utility room with a washer and dryer adds to the villa’s functionality. The upper level is home to the stunning master suite, which features a super king-sized (UK) bed and a private balcony overlooking the villa’s 40ft x 18ft swimming pool. Christmas *Both the deposit and balance are non-refundable. *Christmas bookings are therefore fully non-refundable upon cancellation. Payment Default *If the required payment is not received by the stated due date, the booking may be released or cancelled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
