Whether you stay in or go out on the town- this downtown getaway is calling your name! This dog-friendly (pet fee applies*) house is just one mile from the famous Dahlonega Square. The home's amenities include an in-ground saltwater pool**, a six-person hot tub, a Blackstone flat-top grill, a two-story game room cottage with TV room, foosball, a poker table, a two-car garage game room with ping pong, air hockey, and a Beringer pool table, as well as a fenced-in backyard for your pup and a gazebo. This listing is only for the main floor and upstairs. The basement contains 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom but will be locked off and not rented during your stay. Everything pictured in the listing is available for you. The main floor features a kitchen, three living areas, and a wood-burning fireplace. It also includes a two-car garage used as a game room. Upstairs features a large master bedroom with a private bathroom, and two other bedrooms with queen beds (with twin trundle beds underneath) that share another bathroom. The two-story cottage building features a TV room downstairs, a 70" smart TV, a poker table, and a foosball table upstairs. Outside is a fenced-in backyard for your dogs (we are pet-friendly w/ pet fee) and a beautiful gazebo to enjoy the front yard. Guests can expect internet download speeds of up to 400 Mbps. The house is in a residential neighborhood, one mile from the Dahlonega town square. Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in. Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Important things to know: • The pool is open April 15 - September 15 and is not heated • This listing is only available for certain dates • This listing does not include the additional bedrooms on the lower level. This will be locked off during your stay, but if for whatever reason guests access this space, they will be charged an additional $200 per night and an additional $100 cleaning fee. • Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $70 plus tax per pet. After 7 nights, additional charges will apply for each pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. • There is a $37 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $750 will be charged to the guest's payment method. • We have a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee. We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days in advance of your stay. Please message us if you are interested. • We have a Blackstone flat-top propane grill, and we provide propane. • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we can make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour. • The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay. • This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.
