The kitchen and dining area both open towards the water through large sliding doors, so you can eat, swim and spend time together indoors and out. When the afternoon heats up, close the doors and the air conditioning keeps the room cool. Each of the two bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, a teak platform bed and a Smart TV. One is on the first floor, handy if you prefer to skip the stairs. The other is upstairs and opens onto a balcony with a wide view of the sky, so you can take your first look at the day from there. When you want to head out, Pererenan Beach is about ten minutes away by scooter and Seseh Beach about fifteen, with plenty of cafes on the way. It is an easy loop of coffee, beach and dinner, and the villa is quiet and ready for you when you return. The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you. The manager will also help you with any inquiries or needs you might have while you’re there.

Good to know

Please note that nature is part of everyday life in Bali. Being on a tropical island, it is not unusual to hear or spot animals around the villa from time to time, such as bats, lizards and bugs. They are all completely harmless and part of local life. The villa does not have a generator, so in the rare event of a local power outage, this is outside the host’s control. === FAQs - Q: What time is the Check-in policy? -A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them. - Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine in the villa? - A: Breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. Our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Please refer to the kitchen amenities list to see what equipment is provided. We believe our kitchen will inspire the chef within you. Kindly note that your butler is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day. Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times. - Q : Can we have extra clean towels? - A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor. - Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa? - A : This villa is for 4 adults. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
