House Rules and Terms

Please respect the home as if it were your own. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in, on or around the property. Check in time is at 15:00. Early check in requests may be accommodated but depending on occupancy, may attract a US$50 charge. This is to pay for extra labor to accomplish same day cleaning of this large home. If you have a special request to deviate from check in and check out times, please let me know in advance. Please contact me if there are last minute additional guests. No additional overnight guests other than what has been agreed to in advance are allowed. Deviating from this house rule will result in a US$115 fee per additional guest per night. Laundry and prepared meals can be arranged at a modest cost.
