Property Highlights: 4 Bedrooms | 3.5 Bathrooms Sleeps 10 2,356 Square Feet Living Room: The spacious living room features a large sectional sofa and Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. A bonus sunroom extends from the living area, with additional seating, a Smart TV, and access to the backyard and pool. Kitchen & Dining: The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with stainless steel appliances, coffee machine, blender, toaster, cookware, bakeware, and tableware. The island seats three, while the dining table comfortably accommodates eight guests—ideal for shared meals or gatherings. Game Room: Enjoy hours of fun in the game room, complete with a pool table with ping pong tabletop, sectional sofa, 65" Smart TV, and an electric sign perfect for selfies. Direct access to the backyard makes it easy to flow between indoor and outdoor entertainment. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom with dual sinks and shower Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King bed, dedicated workspace, en suite bathroom with shower Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): King bed, access to shared full bathroom Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Two Queen beds, lighted vanity in closet, Smart TV, access to shared bathroom Additional half bathroom is located on the main level for convenience. Outdoor Living: Step into the newly renovated backyard oasis with a private heated pool (heated for a fee), oversized lounging step, multiple outdoor seating areas, gas fire table, and dining table. Plenty of lounge chairs allow guests to soak up the Arizona sun or relax with a book in style. Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $75 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1–September 30. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures, pool temperatures may not reach desired levels.
