The common areas alone are excellent, large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips for rent. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
