The dining table seats 4 and also works well for breakfast, takeout, or a family game night. LIVING ROOM The open living area provides a comfortable central gathering place with sofa seating and a Smart TV. The connected layout makes it easy for guests in the kitchen, dining area, and living room to spend time together. The neighborhood offers a relaxed residential feel while keeping restaurants, coffee, groceries, breweries, parks, sporting events, entertainment, and Cincinnati attractions close by. • Local options include Ludlow Coffee, Ludlow Tavern, Taste on Elm, Taste Cellar & Pantry, Conserva Wine and Tapas, 1975 Burgers, Bircus Brewing Company, Ludlow Parlor, and Ludlow Bromley Yacht Club. Trash day is Tuesday, so cans can go out the night before.
