House Rules and Terms

No smoking (including e-cigarettes) If smoking is detected inside the property, a special cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. Violation of rules Guests who do not follow the house rules may be charged damages and extra cleaning fees. Guest information required in advance Under Japanese law, guest information must be submitted prior to check-in. If this is not provided, your reservation may be canceled. Check-in / Check-out Policy ・Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. 　Early check-in is ¥1,000 per person. ・Late check-out is allowed until 1:00 PM. 　¥1,000 per person per hour. ・Please check out by 10:00 AM. 　If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, a flat fee of ¥20,000 will be charged.
