Note that it's a little tricky to navigate at night (google doesn't know the location) and there's NO food (not even sugar or coffee). Overall, a great spot for a quick getaway. Very quiet and private, with easy access to the north shore and hotel amenities.The management company was very responsive - even on a last minute late checkout request and while the instructions are a bit detailed... it was all very clear and easy to follow. Absolutely amazing view! The Villa has everything you could want plus more. Beach supplies are plentiful. The bed and pillows were especially comfy. Oddly enough, the door to the closet right off the bed has been removed because the beautiful wood floor has buckled and wouldn't allow it to open. This does create a bit of a trip hazard entering and exiting the closet and extra noise from the A.C. unit during the night. Considering we chose to use the extra box fan provided to create more airflow while we slept, it drowned out the noise from the AC so it wasn't a problem for us. The Villa was clean but the travertine floors need a deep clean to rid them of accumulated stains. The same travertine and grout in the shower is bright and fresh while the ones on the floor are showing their years of dedicated service. The only other area of concern would the outdoor furniture covers need to be washed as they have some mildew from guests leaving them outside for extended amounts of time. This is a simple fix and should not detract someone from renting this great Villa. While this villa is not as well decorated as some of the others we have stayed in with family, it is comfortable and has the best view.I am very happy we were able to splurge and stay there for my 50th Birthday.
