A picnic area with large tables and a charcoal grill is perfect for family meals. Back inside, the home is decorated with modern, and neutral decor. The living room has a comfy oversized sofa that doubles as a sleeper, a smart TV and a spacious private deck with gorgeous lake views. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is bright and roomy, stocked with cabinetry and appliances. These include a coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator and wineware. The counter provides an extra seating for 4, while the 4-seater dining table is perfect for hearty family meals. The home accommodates 7 guests in total, between the 2 bedrooms, and sofa sleeper. #Bedroom 1 comes with a King bed, Smart TV, reading nook, and exterior access door. This room also has access to bathroom 1 with shower/tub combo. #Bedroom 2 has a King bed, Smar TV, and private en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, and soaking tub. No electric. -If any rules are broken the guests will be charged a fee by the HOA. -Portable crib available -A washer/dryer available for guest use. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed. • No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes toolboxes, kayaks. • No over-size vehicles. • No trailers other than boat trailers allowed in the designated trailer parking. Trailer parking is available in the designated parking area only and MUST have the yellow circle pass hanging on their trailer. No cars/trucks can be parking in this area and they must be in between the lines. • There is NO boat launch or slips available at this subdivision. The closest place is Port of Kimberling Marina aka What's Up Doc. The home is located 1.5 miles south of Kimberling City, famous for the crystal-clear shores of Kennel Branch Cove, near Table Rock Lake. Scenic nature trails abound the property, ideal for leisurely hikes and bird-watching.
