Distances: To the beach: 250 m (as the crow flies) / 500 m (on foot). The prices are valid as a total price for up to 5 people and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, and towels. Any heating costs incurred will be charged based on consumption. The prices apply only to bookings of seven days or longer. Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week. Babies up to 2 years old are free of charge, and children up to 12 years old only pay half.
