This spacious Trastevere apartment in Rome is perfect for large families or groups of friends. The living room features comfortable sofas, armchairs, a flat screen TV, a library, and a decorative fireplace. You will also find an excellent HEOS audio system that instantly gives you multi-room audio control via smartphone. The tastefully decorated dining room offers a table with eight chairs. Adjacent to it, the little living room features a day-bed (where one person can sleep) with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is modern and extremely well equipped. You will have access to an oven, microwave, electric grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, and a six burner gas stove. Of course, all the cutlery and cookware you may need is also provided. A washing machine and dryer can also be found in the kitchen. There is also a small balcony. Attention to detail is also apparent in the three double bedrooms, all furnished with king size beds, wardrobes and flat screen TVs. In these rooms, you’ll also find the stylish and elegant feel of the rest of the apartment. There is also a mezzanine with 2 single beds. One marble bathroom has a shower, the other one features a wide bathtub with a separate shower. Finally, the highlight of this apartment is its delightful terrace. Here you will find a dining table and chairs, as well as sun loungers and many potted plants. This is the perfect place to sip a morning coffee, or bid the day farewell over an aperitif as you watch the sun go down over Rome. This fully air-conditioned Trastevere spacious apartment features an independently controlled heating system, as well as a Wi-fi Internet connection. Finally, a lovely terrace full of plants and furnished with a table and a few chairs gives you the chance to enjoy the view of the typical Roman rooftops! At the apartment you will also find a baby cot in case of need. This property is on the 3rd floor of an old building that doesn’t have a lift. Porter service is available upon request at an additional cost of 30 euros, to be paid directly in cash to the person in charge of the service, at point of service. This service is available upon arrival and/or departure. It should be arranged at least 1 day prior the arrival and/or departure. Trastevere is a characteristic and charming place to stay. It consists of tiny cobbled streets, filled with cheerfully colored houses and quaint shops. In the evenings, this area comes alive with Italians and locals alike. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and aperitivo bars at your disposal. Moreover, the surrounding area has many grocery shops and pharmacies should you need them. Nearby you will find the Campo de’ Fiori and Navona areas. With their eponymous piazzas, these areas also offer a wide variety of eateries and bars, and other facilities. From the Trastevere spacious apartment you will be within walking distance of many of Rome’s attractions. You can easily reach the Vatican City and the Pantheon. For any attractions that are further afield, you can use the Trastevere tram stop. Alternatively, many buses run along Trastevere’s river side and can take you all over the city.
