Welcome to this trendy 75 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue des Martyrs in the heart of Montmartre. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed. The flat has a shower room with a shower and sink; the toilet is in a separate water closet. The living area is a great space to unwind, with dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, drip DeLonghi coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has gas heating throughout the cooler months. Families welcome Need a cot or high chair? If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up! Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection. Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable. Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout. Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events. Rue des Martyrs in the 9th arrondissement has a strong claim to being the best food street in Paris. Running uphill from the Notre-Dame-de-Lorette church towards the slopes of Montmartre, it is lined with some of the finest independent food shops in the city — a legendary cheese shop, excellent wine merchants, artisan bakers, chocolatiers, fishmongers, a renowned rotisserie and several of the most talked-about cafés and wine bars in the city. On weekend mornings the street becomes a slow-moving celebration of good food and neighbourhood life. The lively streets of the South Pigalle area, known as SoPi, are just uphill, with their wine bars, bistros and natural food shops. The grands boulevards and the Opéra Garnier are a short walk to the south, and the beginning of Montmartre with the Place des Abbesses and the Sacré-Cœur is within easy reach uphill. The Métro at Notre-Dame-de-Lorette and Saint-Georges connects the neighbourhood quickly to the rest of the city. Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice).
