To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is eight. The living room has a 75 inch Smart TV with comfortable furnishings. The open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker and also a Keurig machine.
