Unit 18, lot 25 / As you turn off Highway One onto White Surf Road you will be greeted by a breathtaking view of the ocean. This small, charming one-story home is located in the meadow and is surrounded by open space/common area with views of the ocean to the southwest and a high ridge line to the northeast. It accommodates couples and small families and those with limited mobility. There are two steps in the entry with a handrail. This home was built in 1996 and remodeled in 2014. The interior design, planning and furnishings were done by a local talented designer. They have created a warm and inviting atmosphere inside to compliment the beauty of The Sea Ranch landscape outside and make your stay most memorable. The kitchen is a chef’s delight and offers views of the hillside as well as the ocean. There is a Nespresso, frother and proper Aarke electric kettle. The living room features an entertainment center (55” LED SMART TV with streaming support and a Blu-Ray/DVD player). Quality gigabit internet with Wi-Fi is available to you. The gas log fireplace will heat the entire living area and makes for a cozy warm room on a stormy night. There is a window seat with pillows to curl up with and read a book or enjoy the view. We hope you enjoy the comfy down filled cushions in the sectional. The living and dining rooms have large windows with ocean views and there are several skylights providing a bright, cheery atmosphere. The master bedroom has a California King bed and access to the deck and spa. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has two new twin beds. The front door and landscaped entryway area near the detached garage is protected by a covered breezeway. The hot tub is wonderful and offers spectacular views of the night sky. Odyss-Sea is only available for 30 + night bookings at this time. NOTE: The entry area is enclosed by a fence and gate and can be used for an additional seating area and a place to BBQ as well as a safe play area for kids. The Ohlson Ranch Recreation Center is within walking distance and offers a swimming pool, sauna, tennis and volleyball courts as well as beach access. The garage is not available and there is a single camera on the garage which views the driveway only.
