Located in the heart of Wedgewood-Houston — one of Nashville's most exciting neighborhoods and home to Geodis Stadium — "WeHo" is a one-of-a-kind mix of charming vintage cottages, modern homes, and some of the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, distilleries, and art galleries. Our 2,100 sq ft contemporary home is thoughtfully decorated and stocked with every amenity you'd expect from a top hotel — and then some. Highlights include a brand-new game room, garage parking, and a full amenities list that speaks for itself. (See listing details for the complete rundown.) Unit 1: Level One: Entrance through front door (3 steps) or back garage (no steps). -Bedroom 1: King bed, television, closet and an en suite full bathroom with shower. Level Two: - Open Living room with Sleeper Sofa - Spacious Kitchen w/bar seating for 4 - Dining area w/table that seats 8 - Half bath - Balcony Level Three: You'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the top level. -Bedroom 2: Queen-size bunk beds (175-lb weight limit on top bunk), single rollaway bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with shower. -Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4: have Queen size beds and both have access to the 2nd upstairs super spacious Jack & Jill bathroom. Unit 2: Level One: Entrance level has NO steps from garage (3 steps in front) and has: Bedroom 4: King Bedroom w/en suite full bathroom. ** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!! Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

Guest Access

Our guests will have access to the entire house except for a locked closet in the kitchen.

House Rules and Terms

Age & Occupancy • Renters must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • The property may not be used by more people than the number of adults and children listed on the reservation. Additional guests beyond the confirmed count are not allowed unless pre-approved prior to the stay. Guest Conduct • Guests may not engage in illegal activity. • Zero tolerance for the property being used as a "home base" for parties or for visitors coming and going. Quiet Hours • Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests should keep outdoor noise levels down out of respect for neighbors. Smoking • No smoking anywhere on the property, including porches, decks, or outdoor areas. • A $500 fee applies if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Pets We welcome dogs, up to two per reservation, with no breed or weight restrictions. A $150 pet fee applies. • Dogs must be housebroken. • Guests must pick up after their dog, both in the yard and elsewhere on the property, and dispose of waste in the designated trash cans/dumpsters. • Dogs should not cause excessive noise. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, and charges will apply as needed. • If the home requires excessive cleaning due to pets (excessive hair, stains, odor, accidents, etc.), an additional cleaning fee of up to $250 may be assessed. Cleanliness • The standard cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. Guests are asked to leave the space in good condition and follow check-out instructions to avoid additional fees. • An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may apply for violations of house rules or excessive cleaning required. Decorations • No glitter or confetti, and no tape, tacks, or other adhesives on any surfaces, including wallpaper. • All decorations must be removed before departure. Security • Exterior video cameras are in use for safety.
