Good to know

In no circumstance, would a group of more than 2 adults be accepted. Kids and infants are considered as exception. - This property does not have an air-conditioner. We have only fans and heater available in the right seasons. - We do not have an inhouse washing machine and dryer, but we have washing machines and dryers on our level requesting inserting of coins. - We don’t have dish washer. -This property has no lift. There are stairs to access the property. -For number of guests no more than 2, the use of sofa bed will incur extra fee $40 for making up bed and linens per bed per stay. -Baby cot and high chair are only available upon request with extra fees $40. House Rules and Terms

• If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let me know before you check out. Any significant damage or stain may result in a deduction in security deposit. • Only confirmed number of guests can stay overnight. Using of sofa bed should be notified in advance as we will get the bed linen ready for you, and extra linen fee may apply. • If baby cot and highchair are required, please confirm before reservation. Extra $40 applies per stay. • Please do not smoke inside the apartment. if there's any evidence of smoking in the apartment found, you will be charged the cost of steam cleaning or other procedures to remove the odour at a minimum cost of $250. • If for any reasons, the smoke alarm is triggered and there is a fee charged in this regard, you must indemnify the owner the costs incurred. • Please do not keep unauthorized pets inside the apartment. If you brought a pet and did not advise in advance, you will be charged for cleaning at a minimum cost of $200. • Event is strictly prohibited. Penalty of $500 and cleaning fee of $300 apply if found. • Unreturned and/or lost apartment keys will be charged $15 per key plus $30 admin fee for replacement. • Please respect other residents’ quiet enjoyment. You may be evicted if any noise complaints raise, and a penalty of $300 may apply if we get a noise complain letter from our building manager or strata manager. • You are expected to take care of garbage if you stay over two nights. • Check-in time is from 3PM & Check-out by 10AM unless agreed upon in advance. • We do not accept responsibility for loss of properties. However, if you have left something in the apartment after check-out, please advise us ASAP and we will try our best to return the item at your cost.
