All beds are made up with hotel-quality bedlinen, and towels are provided, together with toiletries. → Lounge: Comfy sofa with a Smart TV, access to catch-up apps & other streaming platforms for you to login with your own accounts, and unlimited fast Wifi. → Kitchen & Dining Area: Our kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, electric stove, electric oven & washing machine. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties so our guests are required to choose between paying a refundable £250 security deposit, or a non-refundable damage waiver for £35 (the waiver indemnifies you from £250 of accidental damages). Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner Enso Connect, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed. Optional Fees: We offer, subject to availability, for the following supplements: Early Checkin – 2pm: £40 Early Checkin – 3pm: £20 Late Checkout – 12pm: £40 Late Checkout – 11am: £20 Any other requests that are earlier (for checkin) or later (for checkout) are subject to availability, and further supplements may apply.
