Good to know

The elevator is provided as a convenience for guests. While we make every effort to keep it in working order, mechanical issues can occasionally occur without warning. Because service technicians and parts may not be immediately available on the island, elevator operation cannot be guaranteed, and refunds or discounts will not be provided due to elevator interruptions. Guests should be prepared to use the stairs if necessary. The private pool can be heated for $450 per week or $75 per day (minimum charges may apply). A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required so we can have the system prepared before your arrival. When pool heat is added, the system is designed to maintain the water approximately 10–15°F above the outdoor temperature, depending on weather conditions. Water temperature may fluctuate during colder weather.
