Step into this spacious 9-bedroom villa, designed for comfort and fun, accommodating up to 21 guests. The first floor offers two king suites, perfect for privacy and relaxation. Upstairs, themed rooms delight with a Mickey Mouse room featuring twin beds, a Jurassic World adventure with a jeep and bunk beds, and a Neverland escape with full beds. Key amenities include air conditioning, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Enjoy the Star Wars game room, or unwind by the pool and spa. Guest Access

Upon arrival at the villa, guests will receive a personalized check-in experience. Access the property using the smart lock located at the main entrance; the entry code will be provided prior to your stay. Ample parking is available directly in front of the villa, ensuring a seamless transition from travel to relaxation. House Rules and Terms

Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. ǀ No parties or events are allowed. ǀ Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. ǀ The resort facilities are operated by a third party, so availability is not guaranteed. ǀ Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. ǀ Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. ǀ The provided grill (if available) is free of charge; guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. ǀ Our pool heating system use heat exchange technology and may not work well in very cold weather; allow at least 24 hours for the pool to heat up. ǀ Pool and spa (if available) access is complimentary; however, heating costs an additional $45 per night with a minimum of three nights, charged separately from the booking. Contact our guest communication team after booking to request heating. ǀ If paid in advance, we will activate it at least 24 hours before your arrival. The spillover spa temperature can vary between 80°F and 100°F, depending on outdoor conditions. ǀ The pool heater has a safety feature that may turn off the pump during extreme cold, causing possible heating interruptions. ǀ Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay; weight restrictions apply. ǀ For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
