Our apartment is located in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, a commune in the northern suburbs of Paris, just north of the 18th arrondissement. Saint-Ouen is famous for its flea market, one of the largest and most famous in the world. It's a dynamic, cosmopolitan city with a diverse population. It has a social mix, varied cultural communities and an urban atmosphere. Known for its residential, elegant and modern setting, our 62m2 two-bedroom apartment is the perfect getaway for travelers seeking comfort and tranquility. Please note that our apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. Close to public transport, you'll have easy access to the Stade de France and Paris! Discover the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées and much more. The apartment comprises: - An open kitchen, fully equipped and functional: fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine... - A living room with dining table, sofa and TV. - One bedroom with double bed - A second bedroom with two single beds - A bathroom with bath and washbasin - Separate toilet with washbasin - Balcony with table and chairs - Storage space - Bed linen and towels provided - TV and high-speed Internet access (WiFi) This apartment is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. The neighborhood is particularly well known for being home to the famous Puces de Saint-Ouen, one of the world's largest antique and second-hand markets. The market, also known as the "Puces de Clignancourt", attracts visitors from all over the world in search of vintage objects, antiques and unusual treasures. The neighborhood offers a range of facilities and services, including schools, shops, leisure centers and public spaces. You'll find chic cafés and gourmet restaurants like "Au bureau Saint- Ouen" just a 6-minute walk from the apartment, and "La Petite Soeur" another top-rated restaurant nearby. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have."
