The 580 is located on the ground floor of "Cômier." The Cômier is situated in Saint-Côme, just 1 km from the ski slopes. The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. You’ll find the Val Saint-Côme ski slopes, hiking and cross-country ski trails, as well as ATV and snowmobile paths all nearby. You can gather with family or friends after a wonderful day in the great outdoors. High-speed internet is available for free, making remote work easy. CITQ: 308616 The 580 features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has one "queen" bed, while the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The condo has been newly renovated and is very cozy. The 580 has its own dedicated spa for you during your stay. The spa is surrounded by a beautiful wooden pergola, providing privacy. The condo also offers its own outdoor fireplace, BBQ, dining table, and parking. All facilities at the 580 are exclusively for you during your visit. The 580 is located on Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci Road. Getting around the area is primarily by car. To reach the Val Saint-Côme ski mountain, you will need to drive, as it is 1 km away. Occasionally, traffic on the road in front may cause some noise. You have a private door for the 580, and contact with the 582 is very limited. The Cômier is a building with two rental units: the 580 and the 582. The water comes from a surface well. It is potable but may have a certain taste. To avoid any issues, we provide water in 18L containers. The outdoor fireplace is not cleared of snow in winter. The espresso machine shown in the photo is no longer available.
