To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. ★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★ To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest. ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. ★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★ Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. ★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★ Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. And for those multitaskers, you can now sleep and have your movie too! ★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★ The Short-Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 100625-9438 issued by the City of DeSoto. ★ NO STREET PARKING ★ No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts. ★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★ Please note that to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
