About the Home

The Penthouse is LARGE. Two floors, 2 living rooms, 3 balconies, 4 Bedrooms, and over 5000+ square feet. ◈All of the bedrooms have AC and en-suite bathrooms. ◈One a few rental properties available in Santiago with air conditioning available in each bedroom. ◈ Upgraded internet connection that provides the fastest speeds in the area. Wi-Fi works in every room of the apartment with the doors open or closed. ◈ Private Jacuzzi Tub ◈The apartment is also set up with backup power. The layout of the 4 bedrooms is as follows. Master bedroom has the largest King size bed we could find, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower room and a 2 person Jacuzzi. Includes AC, sun blocking blackout blinds, and a huge walk-in closet. Of the other 3 bedrooms 2 have queen sized beds and the other bedroom has 2 full-sized beds. All the rooms have private en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The Neighborhood

The apartment is located right off Autopista Duarte, which is one of the major highways in Santiago. If you will be driving most major attractions will be less than a 10 minute drive. The new autopista is about 4-5 minutes away which cuts down on the drivetime to Puerto Plata. House Rules and Terms

- Check-in is at 3PM / Checkout is at 11AM. - If you need an early check-in please let us know in advance. (FYI: We can only confirm the early check-in the night before) - If you need a late checkout please let us know ASAP. We cannot approve late checkouts after 9AM. - Please accurately account for the number of guests on your reservation. (Spare Bedrooms may be locked) - The main thing we need is for our guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum in the common spaces (such as the stairwells and parking lot). - No smoking in the house. If you smoke use the balconies. - Agree to our Energy Policy.* (details below) -Energy policy for monthly rentals - If you have kids the house is NOT child-proof. Please keep an eye on them. - You cannot lose the keys, keycards, or remotes. - You may have guests but your guests are your responsibility. - At no time can there be more than 8 people in the penthouse without explicit WRITTEN consent. - Enjoy yourself and don't break anything. * Energy Policy - 99% of our guests do not have to worry about this because the house has numerous smart devices that will automatically conserve energy with little or no interaction from our guests. To prevent possible abuse we have a limit on how much electricity we include. The amount depends on the number guests and number of days on the reservation. Everything is 100% transparent from the check-in. If you have questions about this please feel free to ask. *Energy Policy for monthly rentals - We include 2,000pesos of electricity. any usage above that will need to be paid by the guest.
