- No smoking on premises. - No pets allowed. - Quiet hours are 8pm - 8am. We cannot emphasize this enough. Please bring all conversations inside after 8pm, and if you're getting home late, please be quiet as you're entering. - Be mindful and respectful that our neighbors are year-round residents, and we hear from them when guests are being loud. Your vacation is their full-time home. - Guest’s or Guest's invitees, visitors, or guests use of any equipment or amenity that may be within the Accommodations or available within the Building shall be at Guest’s sole risk and Guest hereby indemnifies the property owner and agrees to hold the property owner harmless from all claims, actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any personal injury to the Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests, and Guest shall be solely responsible for any damage caused by Guest or Guest’s invitees, visitors or guests. -To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment, we ask that the primary guest be at least 25 years old. We realize that our home has amazing views, outdoor spaces, and quite a beautiful interior. You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please use your judgment. Our home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting. Do not bring the party back here. Don't have a huge pre-game gathering. A few friends are fine. We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests. We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it. Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of four (4) guests - 2 guests per bedroom x 2 bedrooms = 4 occupants max. As mentioned earlier in the listing, the loft is excluded from this rental and is an exclusive owner's area. We appreciate your cooperation in advance respecting this important rule. If unauthorized sleeping arrangements are discovered or occupancy exceeds four (4) guests, an additional charge equal to 25% of the total rental amount or $2,500 (whichever is greater) will apply. • No parties or events • Smoke-free property (interior and exterior) By booking the home, you acknowledge and agree to these occupancy terms. ❗📣 Please note: Any violation of our house rules, including smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, or burning candles, incense, or any open flames, as well as unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties/events, may result in a minimum $500 violation fee, with additional charges if warranted by the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, your stay may also be terminated immediately without a refund.
