Traditional brick ceilings, colorful details, natural wood, and lake and mountain views give the space a relaxed local character. 🌅 🏡 First floor The first floor includes a comfortable living room with sofas, armchairs, a TV, and a brick fireplace. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, sink, cookware, dishes, counter seating, and storage. A bedroom with one double bed and a full bathroom with a tiled shower are also located on this floor. 🛏️ Second floor Upstairs, the second bedroom features one king bed and generous wardrobe storage. This floor also includes a second full bathroom with a raised tiled bathtub and a small indoor sitting or dining area. An indoor staircase is required to access the second-floor bedroom, bathtub bathroom, and terrace. 🌄 Terrace and views Step onto the furnished upper-level terrace to enjoy fresh air and views of Lake Chapala, the surrounding mountains, and the tropical courtyard below. It is a lovely spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening outdoors. 🌴 Shared pool and outdoor areas Guests can also enjoy the property’s shared swimming pool, courtyard, and garden. These areas are shared with guests staying in the other accommodations. 🧺 Shared laundry A shared laundry area is available on the property for guest use. 🚗 Parking Street parking is available near the property on a first-come, first-served basis.
