• Must be at least 21 years old to book • Pet fee: $200 per reservation (please add your pet to the booking) • No smoking allowed inside the home. Subject to a $500 fine if violated. • No parties or large gatherings allowed. If violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund. • Optional damage waiver available during check-in for added peace of mind against accidental damage. • ID verification required during check-in for security purposes, similar to what hotels and car rentals require. • A simple check-in form is required prior to arrival.

The home is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and everyday essentials. You’re just minutes from downtown Mount Prospect, which features local dining, coffee shops, and Metra access to downtown Chicago. O’Hare Airport, corporate offices, hospitals, and shopping destinations are all within a short drive, making this an ideal location for both business and leisure travelers.

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home. Self check-in is available for a smooth arrival. Exterior security cameras are used only to monitor entry and occupancy. There are no interior cameras. ID verification is required during check-in for security purposes, similar to what hotels and car rental companies require. Optional damage waiver is available during check-in for added peace of mind against accidental damage.

House Rules and Terms

1.OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated on the listing description. Babies under the age of two are not included in this count. 2. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERING POLICY We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 11:00 PM. 3. QUIET HOURS are from 11PM-7AM. No gatherings or loud noises outside of the home at any time. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level, will be subject to one warning and if repeated violation occurs a second time a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. 4. CAMERA DEVICES: Tampering Or breaking the outside CAMERA in any way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee/violation and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. 5. ZERO Tolerance Policy For: smoking/vaping inside of the home. The reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. If evidence of smoking/vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. 6. DO NOT leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. 7. EARLY OR LATE CHECKOUTS: On occasions we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out for a fee and by request only. There is an $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM, cleaning and sanitation crew already have set appointment times to clean and unauthorized late checkouts may impact the following booking.
