Good to know

If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay. While it may not be necessary for everyone, we recommend bringing sea shoes. Small dogs (maximum of 20 lbs.) are welcome. Guests would have to get approval from the property manager. In addition to the standard cleaning fee and refundable security deposit (refundable security deposit mentioned above), $250 nonrefundable pet fee is required. All dogs entering the Cayman Islands must have an Import Permit issued by the Department of Agriculture. We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
