Located on the ground floor, this 14m² studio offers you an unparalleled urban living experience in one of the most elegant and residential areas of the City of Lights. This studio offers comfortable living space and a warm atmosphere. The residence is ideally located in the 16th arrondissement, one of the most sought-after areas of Paris. You'll have easy access to restaurants, shops, parks and public transport. You'll be living in a quiet, residential area, offering a peaceful environment while remaining close to all the city's amenities. As the metro is at the foot of the flat you will be able to explore the 4 corners of Paris easily and quickly reach the 4 corners of the capital: the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, the Sacré-Coeur. It includes: - A living area with a double sofa bed, storage cupboard, television, side table and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with fridge, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. - A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. - High-speed internet access (WiFi). - Plenty of storage space. - Bed linen and towels are provided. This accommodation is eligible for the mobility lease. Reputed to be the most bourgeois arrondissement in Paris, and little-known by many Parisians, the 16th arrondissement is one of the most pleasant in the capital in terms of quality of life and tourist attractions. Off the beaten track from the party scene, it won't satisfy nightlife fans. Despite this, you'll find some lovely walks, some of Paris's greatest museums, and some amazing architecture, with the 16th arrondissement boasting the most Art Nouveau buildings in Paris. Not forgetting, of course, the most exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero. This arrondissement is also home to the Parc des Princes and the Roland-Garros stadium. Food lovers will be delighted by the variety of restaurants nearby. From traditional bakeries to local groceries, clothing and home decoration shops, everything is close at hand to make your stay convenient and enjoyable. The area is also rich in culture.
