No smoking and no events. -Please note that parking is free for monthly stays, $45 per night for short stays. -Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave. -Please note that all guests who over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID's, no exceptions. -Please do not keep any food in the bedroom.
