The open floor plan includes a beautifully decorated kitchen with a breakfast bar next to the dining area and great room. The kitchen is equipped with premium stainless steel appliances. The back of the great room is a wall of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open out onto the patio and provide spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. The main house also includes four private bedroom suites and there are two bedrooms in the guest house. Outdoors, you’ll find well-manicured lawns, palm trees swaying in the sea breeze, colorful and exotic flowers with an open-air terrace, wet bar, barbecue, and infinity pool overlooking  the ocean. Villa Pacific Palmilla includes a relaxing stone courtyard and tiered water fountain. This luxury villa is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community and includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis clubs. Additional fees apply.
