You will fall in love with this property as soon as you step foot in it! A pleasant mix of modern architecture and traditional decoration, nestled around a beautiful swimming pool and surrounded by lush nature: that’s how paradise looks like! This 5 bedroom villa can accommodate up to 12 people in comfort and is just a stone through away from bustling Ubud. The famous streets and many tourist attractions can be reached in minutes, while you can enjoy a tranquil and serene surrounding All 5 bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, A/C, TV and a safety box. The large floor-to-ceiling glass windows enable the day light to come in while you can enjoy the view of the pool and nature. The perfect refuge whenever you need a bit of privacy during your stay. The living area is enclosed with large glass doors to open the space whenever you like. A fully equipped kitchen with a counter offers you all basic equipment you need to prepare your favourite dishes and drinks. Breakfast can also be freshly prepared by our staff, please give at least one days notice. A private chef can be arranged for lunch and dinner preparation at the villa as well. Please talk to our villa host on site. The dining area offers enough space for everyone to get together and enjoy a delicious meal. A large and comfortable lounge area is the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the view of the pool area and nature through its big floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Wooden ceilings and the mix of modern and traditional design makes this a place you will never want to leave again. This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze. Another great spot to come together at is the sunken seat area outside, surrounded by water and the perfect spot for the evening. The brilliant lightning of the villa will create a magical atmosphere! You should definitely give this spot a try. You will find sun loungers on the wooden deck surrounding the beautiful infinity pool. Have a nap, get tanned or read your book while enjoying the view and have a refreshing dip in the pool every now and then. Our staff will come by daily to clean the house. Our villa host is at your disposal if you have any requests or questions regarding your stay. He can also help arrange car/scooter rental, taxis, day trips, massages, laundry, meals and more. Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site. Vendor Services: To ensure the villa's equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali's sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups. Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali's tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef's service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking. Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority. Q: Can we have extra clean towels? A: Certainly! We are happy to provide extra towels, subject to availability. Please feel free to reach out to your Villa Host or Staff, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 5-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 12 guests, with the 11th and 12th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person, applies.
