The renovated bathroom includes a large shower, a backlit mirror, and a laundry area with a washing machine. The studio is air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi, a TV, and all essentials for a comfortable stay, including bed linens and towels. Professional cleaning is included and linens are provided. Access to the swimming pool is possible from May 1 to September 30, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. This accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not accepted. We ask you to respect the premises and the equipment. Additional cleaning fees, of up to €2,500, may be applied in the event of dirty or stained laundry, undone dishes, unemptied trash cans, excessive dirt, loss or breakage of keys, non-compliance with internal regulations, or cigarette odors or the presence of cigarette butts.
