Good to know

A couple things to note... Just like a majority of downtown parking, the parking garage is not attached to your apartment building and you will need to walk one block. The gym and swimming pool are in the sister building next door. If you are staying 4+ days, please message me for further details on how/when to access. This unit is located off the Columbus Commons. With that being said, there is a possibility you encounter some noise from summer concerts that take place on the weekends. However, all concerts must end by 10:30PM the latest, per their rules and regulations. Basic necessities such as soap, toilet paper, linens, salt, etc. are provides with each stay; however if these items run out during your stay, the guest is responsible for replacing them for their own personal use. Also, several clean kitchenware, towels and sheets are provided for each stay, however guests are responsible for cleaning and replacing these items during their stay if they seek to do so. Guests do not need to clean these items before checkout.

Amenities: For guests staying more 4+ days, the awesome community amenities will be available for you to enjoy at your leisure. The amenities include: Seasonal outdoor swimming pool * (please note-no pool towels are provided & no personal guests of yours are allowed! Only guests who are on the reservation confirmation at the initial booking. House Rules and Terms

NO EATING IN THE BED, PLEASE!

DO NOT log out of the streaming services provided on the TV. This causes extreme inconveniences when the following guest wants to watch something and find that the streaming service (i.e. Netflix) has been logged out. •No smoking hookah, cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, etc. ($500 fine) •No burning of sage, incense, candles, essential oils, etc. ($500 fine) •No pets ($100 fine) •Lost key fob $100 •Lockout fee $75 •Lost key fee $100 •Lost parking pass fee $200 •Lost pool wrist band(s)/ lanyard $100 each •Fees for any broken/ruined, stained, missing items, etc. may be applicable after checkout •Quiet hours BEGIN at 10PM •Not to be used for commercial purposes •No photo/video shoots (ie. music videos, tik toks, etc) •No booking on behalf of other people •All building events are for residents only and are off-limits during your stay •Building staff (leasing office staff & maintenance) are not affiliated with this room and are not available to you during your stay. Early check-in / Late check- out

Early check-in & late check-out are not allowed, unless authorized. Check-in is at 3PM and if authorized, check-in can be at 1:30 PM. Check-out is at 11AM and if authorized, check-out can be at 12:30 PM. If we authorize an early check-in or a late check-out in advance, the fee will be $30. If you ask for an early check-in/late check-out the same day, a same day authorized check-in / check-out fee will be $50. Unauthorized early check-in/ late check-outs will subject to a $100 fee. *Rates may be impacted by the following

• Excessive cleaning that exceeds required services and time, will include an additional hourly cost of $50/hr. • Late departures exceeding 15 minutes without a 24 hour notice may be subject to a $60 fee & an additional $15 for every 15 minutes thereafter. • Cancellation notices given less than 24 hours may be subject to a $60 fee. *Early check-in / late check-outs are not guaranteed, you can only exercise the early check-in / late check-out if authorized.*
