Perched atop a beachfront hillside, Casa Querencia is a wholesome estate that lets vibrant Mexican artwork and lush outdoors embrace you with the peace of Punta Mita’s iconic coastline. Querencia, which roughly translates as a place that feels like home, encapsulates in a word what the villa is all about – making guests feel instantly at home with all the commodities of the largest estate on the coveted Kupuri beach. Mexican motifs and melon-colored walls give the house a distinctively local identity that cuddles guests in a gorgeously serene environment. Open spaces are the hallmark of an architectural design that blurs the lines between indoors and outdoors. The main palapa, hosting expansive living spaces, fully opens to the lush gardens and the cocktail pool, beyond which you will find a second swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a sandy hammock area. Perfect for multiple families or large groups, the residence accommodates 18 guests in seven air-conditioned suites with private ocean-facing terraces and comfortable daybeds.
