Well connected to the city center and the airport ✈️ by tram (2 minutes walking from the house 🚋). Ideal for drivers too: a private parking spot is included 🅿️ (entrance ramp is 2.10 meters wide). Due to construction work during september / october 2025, the private parking will be unavailable, but you can park on the street. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large open space with kitchen, living and dining area, plus 2 balconies.
