The villa consists of an expansive outdoor space with a huge private pool, a large kitchen and living room and 5 bedrooms. Itis designed to offer a high level of comfort and privacy to guests, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern amenities such as air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. Within a ten minute drive you can find yourselves in the sandy beaches Arena or Gouves, both perfect for a sunbath and a refreshing dive. At approxemately the same distance you can also visit the Eileithyia Cave an essential archeological landmark even mentioned in the Odyssey, or the Boufos Cave which is in the sea and it truly is a wonder of nature. Οποιαδήποτε ζημία, φθορά ή απώλεια σε έπιπλα, κουζίνα, ηλεκτρικές συσκευές ή άλλα αντικείμενα του σπιτιού, πέραν της φυσιολογικής φθοράς από τη συνήθη χρήση, βαρύνει αποκλειστικά τον επισκέπτη. Σε περίπτωση πρόκλησης ζημίας, ο επισκέπτης υποχρεούται να καλύψει το κόστος επισκευής ή αντικατάστασης του αντίστοιχου αντικειμένου, κατόπιν σχετικής ενημέρωσης από τον ιδιοκτήτη. Η βίλα πρέπει να παραδοθεί κατά την αναχώρηση στην ίδια κατάσταση στην οποία παραλήφθηκε. English Furniture – Equipment – Damages The villa is provided fully furnished and equipped, and guests are required to use the property with care and respect. Any damage, loss, or breakage to furniture, kitchen items, electrical appliances, or any other property, beyond normal wear and tear, will be the sole responsibility of the guest. In case of damage, the guest agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, following notification by the owner. Upon check-out, the villa must be returned in the same condition as it was upon check-in, excluding normal wear and tear. 2)Πισίνα – Κανόνες Χρήσης Απαγορεύεται η είσοδος στην πισίνα με παπούτσια. Δεν επιτρέπεται η ρίψη ξένων αντικειμένων, όπως γυάλινα μπουκάλια ή άλλα αντικείμενα που δεν σχετίζονται με την πισίνα. Οποιαδήποτε ζημία προκληθεί από μη επιτρεπόμενα αντικείμενα, βαρύνει αποκλειστικά τον επισκέπτη. English Pool – Usage Rules It is prohibited to enter the pool wearing shoes. The throwing of any foreign objects, such as glass bottles or items not related to the pool, is not allowed. Any damage caused by prohibited items will be the responsibility of the guest.
