1. Check-in and check-out times: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to host approval and comes with additional fees. If you stay at the property after 11.00 AM, We will have to reach Airbnb for additional cost. 2. Please adhere with the max count policy. For extra person we only allow 1 pax and should be max 10-year-old and guest must have to agree with sleeping arrangements. 3. Parking Guest should have checked the parking details and can confirm the parking space size in the chat. 4. Smoking is not allowed in the house. 5. Safety: Close all windows and doors when leaving the house. 6-Do not tamper with keys or locks under any circumstances. Your reservation will be cancelled immediately if you disable, tamper with, or alter your Wi-Fi equipment, building cameras, locks, or doorbell. 7. Turn off the lights and the AC when not in use. 8. During the check-out please keep the things back to the palace from where you have picked those. 9. Cleaning: Please keep the house, common areas clean. Rubbish must be deposited in the bin. Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest; if the house is extremely dirty after checkout, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $40. This fee includes, among others, the discovery of blood, vomit, urine, or faeces. Avoid penalties and additional charges! 10. Children must be supervised at all times, especially on the balcony, stair. 11. Refunds: weather and route conditions, acts of nature, evidence of pets, insect sightings, outages in utilities (water, electricity) or internet do not qualify for refunds. We recommend purchasing travel insurance, paying attention to booked dates, cancellation policy, and Airbnb's terms of service. 12. Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws during their stay. Any evidence of violence, theft, invasion, harassment, drugs, or damage to hosts, guests, neighbours or property will be reported to the police and prosecutor's office. 13. Download the Airbnb mobile app as it is the most effective way to communicate with your host. You must report any defect, damage or non-conformity with the service within 12 hours of becoming aware. This will automatically grant permission to the host or any attendee to enter the property and correct it, upon notice to the guest. 14. You understand that you are a temporary guest and that once your reservation is over, you must leave the space. 15. Please note that your feedback to the host matters a lot, so it will subject to dispute if it makes any false statement without informing the host. So report discuss the issue with the host in the first place. Also in terms of special request where we can't help. 16- Guests must have to report damage with in 06 hours of their reservation start.
