Outstanding view. - Well kept and spacious interior - Walkable. Close to Shipwreck beach, hiking trails, and Poipu. Just across grass is a nice spot to watch sea turtles - We were concerned about the lack of AC, but the persistent breeze off the ocean kept us surprisingly cool Cons - There is a wastewater treatment facility on ocean view property, adjacent to the building containing this condo. Luckily the condo was on the opposite end of the building relative to the facility, but the smell in the parking lot and often the pool, is not pleasant. When the winds shifted one night of our stay the smell woke us up and kept us awake. Perhaps this is why most units have AC. - There is a public path (leading from adjacent complexes and a small public parking lot). People watching both ways. Loved our time at Poipu Sands. Pool was large and perfect temperature, location close to Hyatt, beach, shops and restaurants made for a very enjoyable and fun stay. We really liked the property. It was close to everything.
