PARKING Maximum number of vehicles (4), there is absolutely NO parking on the lawn or on the street or the city will issue a ticket to the owner of the car. EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA: Please note there are cameras monitoring the pool patio and front exterior on the property that will be on during your stay and cannot be tampered with or damaged while guests are staying at the property. ANY TAMPERING WITH, ADJUSTING, COVERING, MOVING, OR TOUCHING OF DISCLOSED SECURITY CAMERAS WILL RESULT IN A FULL LOSS OF THE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT OR A CHARGE OF $150 PET POLICY Pets are NOT permitted on premises. In the event that there is a deviation from our NO PET policy, all pet sizes, and breeds, including support animals, must be disclosed in writing.
