Come stay at a beautifully designed 4 bedroom villa in Canggu with a private pool, built with a solid natural stone, warm timber, and tropical details throughout. The private pool and spacious living area make it easy for families and groups to spend time together, while each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, the living, dining, and kitchen areas open towards the pool, giving everyone plenty of space to gather and enjoy the villa.

Two master bedrooms open straight onto the water, each with a larger ensuite bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub and separate shower. Upstairs, two further bedrooms offer the same comfort with their own ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, and access to a private gazebo above the pool. The neighbourhood makes exploring easy. The beach is just a 5 minutes walk away, with Motel Mexicola and Kynd Community close by for food and drinks, plus Zinfot or Serenity Yoga if you want to keep up your workout while you're away. The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you. If you let the management know at least a day in advance, they may also provide a delicious breakfast at the villa. You may also engage a private chef to prepare lunch or dinner, please ask our manager for options and pricing. The manager will also help you with any inquiries or needs you might have while you're there. He can assist with setting up laundry services, massages, restaurant visits, vehicle or scooter rentals, and more. Do not hesitate to get in touch.

Good to know

As with anywhere in Bali, being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time, bats, lizards, bugs, all completely harmless and part of local everyday life. The villa does not have a generator, so in the rare event of a local power outage this is outside the host's control. « Please note: There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which may result in some noise. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding that this is beyond our control. The current rates have been adjusted to reflect this situation and therefore noise concerns won’t be eligible for any form of refund/discount » FAQs Q: What time is check in? A: Check in is from 3 PM. If you arrive earlier, you are very welcome to drop your luggage at the villa and start exploring the neighborhood while our team prepares everything for you. Early check in may be possible depending on availability, and we will always do our best to accommodate your request, but it cannot be guaranteed in advance. Our on site team is available until 5 PM. For arrivals after 5 PM, we provide a simple and smooth self check in process so you can settle in comfortably at your own pace. Q: What time is check out? A: Check out is at 11 AM to allow our team enough time to prepare the villa beautifully for the next guests. Late check out may be available depending on the next booking schedule and must be confirmed in advance. Additional charges apply. For departures between 11 AM and 3 PM, a fee of 50 percent of the daily villa rate will apply. Any departure after 3 PM will be charged at the full daily villa rate. If you need assistance with luggage storage after check out, please let us know in advance. When the villa is not immediately occupied, we are happy to help store your bags. Q: Is daily housekeeping included? A : Yes, daily housekeeping is included in your stay. To ensure your privacy and comfort, cleaning is arranged at your preferred time. Simply coordinate with your villa host to schedule the service. Housekeeping is provided once per day. Your dedicated villa host is available via What'sApp from 9 AM to 5 PM and remains on call for emergencies. They are always happy to assist with any requests, although they do not stay on site at all times. Q : Can we request extra clean towels? A : In support of our eco conscious approach, towels are refreshed every three days. If you would like your towels replaced, please leave them on the floor and our housekeeping team will collect and change them. Towels left hanging on the racks will be considered clean and will not be replaced. If you require additional towels outside of the scheduled change, feel free to reach out to your villa host and we will do our best to assist. Q : What is the maximum occupancy for the villa? A : The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children. For comfort, safety, and licensing compliance, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond this number at any time. If your group size changes before arrival, please inform us in advance so we can assist you accordingly. Payment & Cancellation Policy All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button. Damage Deposit A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team. House Rules - No pets - No parties or events ⁠- Quiet hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
