The main level features a welcoming living room, a small efficiency kitchen, and a full bath, with stairs leading up to the loft bedroom. Step out onto the riverfront deck to watch stunning Colorado sunsets dance along the banks of the Rio Grande River. The lower level has its own private entrance and provides direct access to a second bedroom, full bath, washer/dryer, and a convenient coffee bar, ideal for families or guests seeking a bit of extra privacy. Situated on 1,000 feet of private river access to the Gold Medal Waters of the Rio Grande River, our cabin is a dream for fishing enthusiasts. Late spring and early summer bring Mayflies and Salmon flies, creating a unique and unforgettable river experience—while completely harmless, they are abundant during this time. Just a short drive away, enjoy the slopes of Wolf Creek Ski Area, the greens at Rio Grande Club & Resort, and endless trails for hiking, ATV/UTV adventures, and exploration. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs for an additional fee. The nightly pet fee is $40 with a maximum of $250. Please confirm that you will be traveling with a dog(s) when you book your reservation. With VRC, you can book with confidence knowing your vacation is in expert hands. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required when booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
