Carrer Arago is located in the Eixample neighborhood. Seen from above Eixample is structured as a grid so finding your way through the area is easy! As soon as you leave your apartment you will find yourself surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores. Only a 15 min walk away you can admire the beauty of La Sagrada Familia. Go and enjoy the sun in the nearby Parc de la Ciutadella take a picnic with you to consume in the park. The luxurious shopping street Passeig the Gracia is only a 10 min walk away. Here you can visit other masterpieces by Gaudí such as Casa Batlló. *** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS *** - Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation. - National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. - This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** 1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction. 2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost. 5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved. 6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. Please note the apartment counts with noise sensors that are connected to a 24/7 concierge services. If rules are not followed our team will need to intervene right away.
